You may book cabins only for lawful, personal use. You agree not to misrepresent yourself, attempt to disrupt our service, or use it in any way that could harm Game Aura, other guests, or property owners.
You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. If you notice any unauthorised bookings or suspicious access, contact us immediately.
Nightly rates are charged in advance when you confirm your reservation. All prices, taxes and fees are shown before you book. You can modify your stay length or select different dates anytime through your account.
Cancel anytime—your cabin stay remains reserved through the end of your booked dates, then your reservation ends automatically without renewal.
We maintain reliable booking systems and guest support, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to refunds or credits equal to what you paid for the affected stay.
We may revise these terms occasionally. The current version always appears on this page, and we'll notify you of any significant changes to cancellation policies or payment terms.
